Donations: Contributions to "Support SokoData" are voluntary gifts made in USDT (TRC20, BEP20, or ERC20) and are not payments for goods, services, equity, or investment products. Donations are non-refundable. SokoData confirms donations manually via submitted transaction hashes; we are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect or outdated wallet addresses. Always verify the active wallet address shown in the app before sending.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SokoData. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit false data, or engage in abusive behaviour — without prior notice.

By submitting price reports, listings, photos, comments, or any other content, you confirm that:

• The information is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge
• You have the right to submit and share the content
• The content does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• The content does not contain personal data of others without their consent

SokoData reserves the right to remove, flag, or modify content that is false, misleading, illegal, offensive, or violates community standards — at our sole discretion and without notice.

By submitting content, you grant SokoData a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and use your content within the platform.

SokoData uses large language models (LLMs) to power its AI assistant, market insights, and real-time translation features. By using these features, you acknowledge:

• AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be relied upon as authoritative
• Translations may not be perfectly accurate for all languages and dialects
• Prompts you send to the AI assistant are processed by third-party AI providers
• Do not submit sensitive personal information through the AI chat interface

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fabricated, or deliberately misleading price data or listings
• Spam, harass, threaten, or abuse other community members
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform or its APIs
• Post illegal listings, content promoting unlawful activity, or fraudulent schemes
• Impersonate other users, SokoData staff, or any third party
• Use automated bots or scripts to submit data or interact with the platform
• Attempt to manipulate reputation scores, leaderboard rankings, or voting systems
• Upload content containing malware, viruses, or malicious code

Cryptocurrency prices, community commodity prices, property listings, and transport information are provided "as is" and may not always reflect current real-world values. Market conditions can change rapidly and SokoData does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data on the platform.

Cryptocurrency data is sourced from CoinGecko and other third-party providers. Community prices are submitted by users and subject to community voting and moderation but are not independently verified by SokoData.

SokoData automatically detects your country and preferred language using IP geolocation to provide a localised experience. Currency conversions are provided for convenience and are based on indicative exchange rates — they are not guaranteed to reflect live interbank rates and should not be used for financial transactions.

AI translation is provided as a convenience feature. SokoData is not responsible for misunderstandings or losses arising from translated content.

The SokoData name, logo, design, platform code, and original content are owned by SokoData and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. User-submitted content remains the property of contributors, subject to the licence granted in Section 5.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialise any part of the platform without prior written consent.

SokoData integrates with third-party services including CoinGecko (market data), ipapi.co (geolocation), and AI model providers. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. SokoData is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SokoData and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes but is not limited to: financial losses from acting on market data or AI insights, losses from inaccurate community-submitted data, translation errors, or service interruptions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SokoData, its operators, staff, and contributors from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your submitted content, or your violation of these terms.

We strive to keep SokoData available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the service, or restrict access to certain features or regions, at any time without notice — for example, for maintenance, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SokoData after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect where practical.

SokoData is a global platform without a single fixed jurisdiction. These terms are governed by applicable international principles and the mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection laws of your country of residence, which cannot be excluded by contract.

We encourage users to contact us to resolve any disputes informally before pursuing formal legal action. For matters that cannot be resolved informally, disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of your country of residence, without prejudice to any mandatory local consumer rights you may hold.
